SURVEY SAYS: MILLENNIALS WANT MORE JOBS, CHEAPER HOUSING

According to a survey of 975 state residents by the  New Jersey Society of CPAs , 34% of respondents said high property taxes are the biggest reason millennials are leaving the state, while 16 % said bringing more businesses into the state to create a higher-paying job market was also key.
 
According to the most recent census data, New Jersey has the highest outward migration of millennials in the U.S. 47% of people under 34-years-old are still living with their parents, the highest rate among all states in the country. The national average is 34%.

He is responsible for overseeing a team of 30+ Recruiters and Sales Personnel, in addition to personal production within both sales and recruiting.

Mike has spent the last 10+ years working in various management roles for Staffing-the-Universe in addition to other large, international staffing firms. Mike has experience in a variety of verticals and industries within both the Contract and Direct Hire space. In addition to his Management and Operational responsibilities, Mike also currently manages accounts responsible for $3 million in annual contract revenue, in addition to $1 million in direct hire fees on an annual basis. 

In addition, Mike currently sits as the Chairman of ASA's Search and Placement Policy Council, is on the NJSA Board of Directors and is very active within ASA, NJSA and local organizations. Mike volunteers time towards many industry and personal causes and has been a part of a number of conferences as an expert speaker and trainer.

Speaker: With a diverse media background in both print and digital marketing, Randi Ungar spent the early part of her career at Conde' Nast. In 2007, she worked exclusively in the digital space, working with large national accounts focused on display advertising. Randi came to Advance in 2013 and is currently NJ Advance Media's Associate Vice President of Digital, playing a large role in laying out the digital strategy for the company, developing major corporate partnerships and expanding the company's advocacy/political marketing business. She directs the company's programmatic buying, audience data applications and content marketing solutions.
