It is with mixed emotions that Carey Outreach Ministries announces the semi-retirement of its founder Dr. Bob Penhearow. Bob conceived of Carey in 1994 and in 1997 established Carey as a legal entity. Since then Bob has travelled the world investing in future generations of spiritual leaders.

Bob passes on the baton to Dr. Tim Beavis (VP International Operations) and Dr. Dan Ramsey (VP USA), two extremely gifted men who will to take over Bob's vision. He is excited to see what the Lord has planned for the next stage of Carey.

Effective April 1st, 2018, Bob has stepped down into a part-time position working with and writing for the Carey Printing Press. Bob plans to spend his spare time with his family, his motorcycles, losing at chess and the occasional scuba diving!
