MARK YOUR CALENDAR

On Saturday, August 25 musicians and their families, new and returning, are invited to “Season’s First Downbeat.” This is a family orientation to meet the conductors and administrative staff. You do not need to bring your instrument.

On Saturday, September 8 (Showcase and Ovation Levels) and Sunday, September 9 (Inspiration Level), seating rosters will be available at the first rehearsals. Please arrive 45 minutes early before the rehearsal to get your music, and bring a sharpened pencil with an eraser to this rehearsal (and to all other rehearsals!).

We look forward to a great season of making music!
Donate an Instrument
We are accepting wind and string instruments that will all be going to conservatory and community
students that need them. You can drop them off Monday - Friday during regular business hours, or
on the weekends during rehearsals.

We have an immediate need for trombones!

For any questions regarding instrument donations please email Charlie Perkes
