Please be advised there will be a public meeting held by the Amberley Village Zoning Board of Appeals
July 12, 2018
at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Amberley Village Municipal Building, 7149 Ridge Road. The public meeting will be held to review the following items:
1) James and Ava Frank, property owners of 3530 Section Road, are requesting a variance to Village Code Section 154.14 (A). The variance would allow for the installation of 80' of 6' high privacy fence in the rear and front yard.
2) Jim Kelly and Rick Kay, property owners of 8389 Arborcrest Drive, are seeking a variance from Village Code Section 154.14 (A). The variance would allow for the installation of a four and a half foot high privacy screen in the front yard.
