Shiatsu massage originated in Japan and utilizes the hands and palms--particularly the thumbs--to massage the body at specific points and treat many different conditions and encourage relaxation. Although often referred to as a form of massage, shiatsu is actually a form of energy work that balances the energy pathways in the body.

Join us in a Rain Dance with umbrelllas, blow bubbles, rain sticks, drums and any instrument (home made, improvised or original) that give the sound of rain!
The sounds of the vuvuzela is sure to wake up the Rain Beings....

Giving honour to our furry teachers and healers is the greatest gift of love you can give them.  Bring a little magic fun and frivolity back into your life and allow yourself to be, a grown up that really believes talking to your pets is possible.  Dare to deepen your relationship with your pet like never before.

I used visualizations as one of my most powerful tools in clearing my body of cancer and prolapsed organs in 2003.  I continue this practice in healing my body, emotions and Soul.  It is a simple and powerful tool in assisting us to heal and move towards inner peace and outer happiness.  I look forward to sharing this practice with you.

Join us in a solemn moment of gratitude for the day.  A moment of silence is requested as we extinguish the candle of light to be re-lit at the next Holistic Fayre.
