Construction Progress

We are thrilled to partner with Cass Street School, neighboring St. Rita Square, on a variety of projects! Most recently, we participated in its 6th Annual Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math (STEAM) Fair, volunteering to judge amazing student projects! 

Additionally, we held our fifth STEAM immersion session with 7th and 8th grade students. During the session, students got to try their hand at interior design. Working in teams, students were assigned a room in St. Rita Square. Their task was to create a design concept for their room using a variety of materials such as paint chips, carpet samples, fabric, tile and more. They also got to tour our job site, leasing office and model apartment. Watch a short video recap!
