A team of our Chapter Leadership is preparing to head to Boston for IREM's Regional Conference, which includes the Northeast Regions 1, 2, and 3. We will enjoy training sessions that will help us become more effective chapter leaders, and we will develop plans for recruiting, engaging, and retaining our membership. In preparation for the conference, attendees were asked to complete a chapter assessment. One of the questions was "Does your chapter regularly communicate the benefits of an IREM membership?" With our annual CPM Candidate and Member Benefit Luncheon I believe we are on track showcasing our networking and educational opportunities at the chapter level, and our newsletters contain helpful information and links for IREM information both at the chapter and international level. But is that enough?
