Volunteers Needed at MN Ironman Bike Ride

The Minnesota Ironman Bike Ride is Minnesota's oldest bike ride, and is coming back to Shakopee on June 13, 2019.  Over 1,500 cyclists will visit Shakopee and ride the roads of the Minnesota River Valley.  The ride benefits Free Bikes for Kidz, which refurbishes and gives away 7,000 bikes annually.

You're invited to join in welcoming the cyclists to the Shakopee community through a number of volunteer opportunities. Many volunteer options provide an opportunity for groups to work together. The biggest volunteer needs include the first aid station and the refreshment and activity station.

This could potentially be a second revenue stream for someone who wants to keep their regular job and "invest" in a run/walk shop.  If interested, email Kurt at info@rivervalleyrunning.com or by phone at 402.578.9192.
