On behalf of the City of Houston Public Works Department, Traffic Engineers, Inc. invites Frostwood area residents to attend a public meeting to review and discuss the previously installed speed cushions in Frostwood. The original study area included
Frostwood,
Fonn Villas,
Long Meadows,
Memorial Hollow,
Memorial Meadows,
Memorial Pines and
Woodland Hollow.
The meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2019, from 6:30 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. at the Holy Spirit Episcopal Church, Parish Hall, 12535 Perthshire Rd. (77024).
The speed cushions were installed and tested as part of the Neighborhood Traffic Management Program. This 3rd public meeting is being held to present the results, answer questions, and gather resident input. Below is a copy of the plan that depicts before and after traffic volumes, and before and after 85th percentile speeds:
