U-M Opioid Summit speakers, moderators, and performers.
On May 10, 2019, hundreds of stakeholders convened in Ypsilanti, Mich., for a day-long summit, "
Opioids: Policy to Practice," to discuss evidence-based approaches to address the nation's opioid crisis as part of a joint University of Michigan/Harvard University initiative. More than 350 people attended the summit in person, while around 250 across the U.S. and beyond participated via live webstream. Materials from the summit that will preserve the
presentations and key discussions for future audiences will be available in the coming weeks (watch for announcements of their availability), while our partners at Harvard prepare for the follow-up summit on October 10, 2019.
