Entrepreneurial Spirit Startup of the Year: Lincoln South Food Hall
“As Eastside residents, we recognized what the marketplace was missing- namely a food hall that could deliver an affordable, quick serve dining experience with an emphasis on quality, authenticity and regional sourcing. We took a leap of faith to execute our vision, as did the Kemper Development Company. The net result is that the community has fully embraced Lincoln South Food Hall, completely surpassing all of our initial expectations.” – Elaina Herber, President & Founding Partner

And That’s A Wrap!
(But We Don’t Stop Advocating
for Business-Friendly Policies)
|
A record of 16 Eastside legislators and 100 business leaders discussed hot business topics at the Eastside Chambers Coalition 2018 Legislative Session Wrap-Up on April 25. We addressed carbon policy, a statewide licensing framework for Uber and Lyft, special education funding and as always, B&O tax relief for small business. We also said goodbye to longtime State Representatives Judy Clibborn and Joan McBride.
