On average, 7 people die every day from a home fire. You can help change that.
From April 28 - May 13, 2018, the American Red Cross will hold fire safety and smoke alarm installation events in every state, plus U.S. territories,
with major events happening in over 100 at risk communities nationwide.
Your help is needed in this Red Cross effort today by volunteering to install smoke alarms in your community or taking steps to protect your own family from home fires.
Lott Carey NYC Churches participated with the installation of 5,136 alarms in the NYC communities above and made over 3,119 homes safer (126% of target) in the Greater NY region.
