P200 Exceeds Goal with $128 Million in Benefit

 

Congratulations to the entire UC Procurement Services team for their contributions in helping meet and exceed the P200 Program FY13-14 goal of $120 million! This represents a 28% increase over last year's baseline of $100 million and marks a major milestone in our progress to $200 million.

UCSC Internship Program Linking Sustainability & Procurement Initiatives 

 

UCSC Procurement Services is partnering with the Provost's Sustainability Internship Program to develop strategies to reinforce the connection between campus sustainability objectives and procurement. Read more

Benefit Bank Has Launched!  

 

This web-based application developed at UCOP partners with the definitions and processes that were rolled out last November and gives UC Procurement a consistent, verifiable and accurate way to track the Benefit we generate for the system. Congratulations to Terry Thun at UCM who had the first approved entry! If you weren't able to attend the training webinar, the recording and additional materials are available here.

Going Paperless & Automating Service-Based Procurement

 

eCOE has integrated pharmaceuticals catalogs to eliminate paper invoices for $2.3M in spend and is currently working on next generation features and functionality to transform service-based purchases in eCommerce systems. Read more
