Message from the Board of Directors
Following a two question survey by the Rapaport organization to the trade, the executive committee of WFDB concluded that a firm and united position by WFDB on this matter was very important and needed to be made public.

Below, please find a letter from Mr. Ernie Bloom, President of WFDB to
Mr. Martin Rapport and to the members of the WFDB.

We ask that our members will answer the questions in Rapaport's survey as indicated and requested by Mr. Bloom's letter .

The Executive Committee of WFDB convenes a few times a year in different locations around the world, as well as many other virtual meeting via internet technology.

Mr. Moshe Salem, President of DCWC is a member of the Executive Committee of WFDB.
