Updated Ohio Business Gateway Go Live Near
As we've relayed to you the last few months, the Ohio Business Gateway is going through a modernization process. When the modernized Ohio Business Gateway is implemented, there will be a short period when deferred payments cannot be entered. After go-live of the modernized Gateway, regular deferred payment rules will be reinstated. As of this newsletter date, the Ohio Business Gateway has not announced an implementation date.
 
Deferred Compensation Terms

Bonds  Loans or debt instruments issued by governments or corporations to raise money. These instruments are issued for a stated period, during which interest payments are made to the bondholder. Bonds may be bought or sold, and may gain or lose value, as investment property.
