Palm Sunday April 5: The start of Holy Week
Mark your calendar for Palm Sunday and the beginning of Holy Week. The observance of Holy Week calls us to move away from the joyful celebrations of Palm Sunday and Easter, and focus on the suffering, humiliation, and death that is part of Holy Week. It is important to place the hope of the Resurrection, the promise of newness and life, against the background of the Cross and death. It is only in walking through the shadows and darkness of Holy Week and Good Friday that we get a glimpse of the despair the disciples felt on Holy Saturday. By doing so we can truly understand the light and hope of the Resurrection of our Lord that comes Easter day!
2019 End of Year Financial Statements
End of year financial statements for tax purposes are in the Narthex. We also ask that you check your 2020 pledge commitment statements to ensure all information is correct. Please contact the office with any questions.
