The East Tennessee Clean Fuels Coalition takes the lead in putting together the website and monthly e-mail newsletter.
Fuels Fix is a collection of stories from multiple coalitions and states about alternative fuels, hybrids, conservation and efficiency initiatives, emissions reducing technologies, and similar news from the coordinators and their working partners on projects.
