Geography Professor Aline Gregorio is a 2020 Orange County Teacher of the Year! This regional honor grew from her selection as the 2019 Fullerton College Teacher of the Year, which she earned by being nominated by numerous students and alumni.
A group led by Orange County Superintendent Dr. Al Mijares from the Orange County Department of Education, along with Chancellor Dr. Cheryl Marshall and President Greg Schulz, surprised Gregorio with the regional award on May 1. Watch this video of the big surprise!

Study Measures Students Facing Food and Housing Insecurity, Homelessness
For the first time, Fullerton College has data that bring to light the amount of students facing food and housing insecurity, and homelessness. Nearly 900 students participated in the #RealCollege Survey.

Welding Students Take Gold, Silver
Fullerton College welding students David Blackney, Dylan Mungia, Jesus Torres, and Victor Ugalde competed at the SKillsUSA CA State Championship in Ontario. They took home gold and silver in the Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) competition and gold in the Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) competition. Read more...

Lamb Awarded Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship
Corey Lamb builds on an esteemed legacy at Fullerton College by being awarded the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Undergraduate Scholarship worth up to $40,000 a year to complete a bachelor's degree at a four-year university.

Macbeth is one of Shakespeare's most familiar and darkest tales. This production plays out in a not-so-distant, dystopian world, where society is teetering upon the brink of collapse. This story is not just about Macbeth, but rather the collaboration and partnership of Macbeth and Lady Macbeth to taste the bittersweet fruits of their sown treachery. The "weird sisters" bring mystery and prophesy through an intoxicating musical appeal that is sexy, alluring, but extremely dangerous.
May 3 - May 15, Art Gallery
This annual exhibition presents the best of the best artwork created during the current academic year. Prizes will be awarded to the students who demonstrate the highest artistic merit. Many works will be available for purchase.

The lab band is comprised of the beginning Jazz Band performance ensemble. It encompasses big band literature to teach the jazz musician the fundamentals of style, interpretation and ensemble playing.

Small group jazz gives each player more room for individual expression through improvisation - a key component in jazz music. These ensembles borrow from every style of jazz from Dixieland to the present.

The Woodwind Ensemble is chamber ensemble that offers an opportunity to play woodwind masterworks in a more intimate musical setting. The ensemble is comprised of flutes, clarinets, oboes, bassoons, French horns, and saxophones.
