This week, Governor Hogan agreed to fund the first year of “blueprint” funds passed in April. Hogan said he was releasing the discretionary funds, but warned about his continued concern over the longer-term spending plan still in development. Better outcomes and stronger accountability are his priorities, and may influence the issue’s trajectory from here.
