Home of the Falcons!
"We Engage, Challenge, and Support Every Student, Every Day"
Principal's Message                                                           May 17, 2019

Graduation is upon us and I am excited to share the evening with you and your family. The week begins with the graduation walk on Tuesday at both McDowell Mountain and FHMS. We will arrive at McDowell Mtn. around 8:45 am and then head over to the middle school. On Friday morning the junior class will host a breakfast for the seniors beginning at 8:00 am in the cafeteria. We will then go through a full rehearsal of graduation at the Fountain Park around 10:00 am. Please make sure your senior has their permission slips in for both events. Friday evening will conclude with the graduation ceremony at the Fountain Park at 7:30 pm. Photos will be available from Lifetouch for parents to purchase after the ceremony. Finally, the evening will conclude with Falcon Fiesta. This all night party is hosted by our generous parents of the community. More information can be found by clicking here.

I want share with everyone what a wonderful year it has been. The senior class has been instrumental in raising academic achievement and creating a special place here at FHHS. With over 3.3 million dollars in scholarship money, this class has raised expectations for future classes. They helped us become an "A" rated school by the Department of Education, ranked as a "Best" and "Nationally Ranked" high school by US News & World Report, achieve the second highest AzMERIT scores in the state for comprehensive public high schools, and create a climate on campus of respect and school spirit. Thank you class of 2019 for all your amazing accomplishments and your willingness to be the best you can be!

Friendship Club Field Trip to River Ranch Water Park

The Friendship Club took a field trip this week to River Ranch Water Park. Students enjoyed swimming, a lazy river, a water slide, and some good food. This was a great opportunity for friendships to be developed.
