H o pe: Our Annual Flower Communion Sunday
(Bring a flower to share!)
Reverend Emily Manvel Leite
Reverend Mary Ann Macklin
Reverend Scott McNeill
Each year, we pause to bear witness to the beauty that blooms in our lives and in nature. Please bring a flower (or several) to share at this service! All ages are invited to join us for story and rituals as we celebrate the uniqueness and beauty of each individual within our community and acknowledge the changes happening in our lives. Our children's choir, directed by Jill Courtney, will be singing at both services.
This Week in Religious Education: Hope
Childcare will read stories and make crafts about flowers. Preschool-6th grade classes will not meet; we encourage families to attend our annual Flower Communion Intergenerational service together. Middle School Youth Group will meet in Room 210 at 11 am to go to canoeing at Griffy Lake - permission slips are required. In the event of inclement weather, they will stay on site and play games. High School Youth Group will meet at 12:30 pm for a trip to the Sculpture Park - permission slips are required. Parents, please note the later pick up time.

Middle School and High School Families
We only have two more meetings left for the 2018-2019 school year, please visit the SignUpGenius pages below to see what we are up to and let us know if you plan on attending, so we can secure transportation for our outings:

Your Pledge Dollars at Work
Our awesome UU Children's Choir, under the inspired leadership of Jill Courtney, is singing for services twice this month (including this Sunday for Flower Communion); they sing in our services five or six Sundays per year.
