Update Concerning Non-Occupant Co-Borrowers

Effective immediately, GSFA will allow non-occupant co-borrowers on FHA, VA and USDA loans. However, lenders must follow loan agency guidelines. The FHA, VA, USDA Program Term Sheet for GSFA Platinum has been updated to reflect this update.
