SEFAA News
We've re-stocked so that you can re-stash! You’ll find a wide selection and low prices on fabric (fashion and home decor), yarn, needles and notions, books and magazines, equipment, supplies, and more. The Shop will be open on November 8th, 9th, 15th, 16th, 27th, and 28th. For more information, to reserve your shopping time, and to volunteer, visit the SEFAA website.
Eight kimonos with coordinating obi and scarves were recently donated to SEFAA. The donor's only request was that we send him images of what we create with his mother's kimono. So, what should we make? Suggestions include rice bags, pillows or sachets, or upcycled clothing. Chime in and email your thoughts and suggestions before November 1st!
Volunteer Corner
We can't thank our volunteers enough! So, this month we're giving a special shout out to our hard working SEFAA Board - Katrina Stone (President), Nancy Thompson (Treasurer), Betsy Stark (Secretary), Kim Wall (Rentals and Librarian); Gale Evans (Donations and Education), along with Swaantje Sass and Jolie Fainberg. They make it all happen!
