Combatting Decision Fatigue through Great Meeting Design
It feels like every decision is a hard decision right now. Virtual meetings don't leave us feeling like we are making much progress either. In this session we will discuss practical ideas and tactics to use in the virtual workplace to reduce the complexity of decision making, while ensuring people know their roles and responsibilities. The learnings will be helpful in our current virtual world, as well as a future world where we can meet in person once again.

The Cedar Valley Nonprofit's annual conversation with our elected officials is a great opportunity to let your voice be heard directly by those representing the greater Cedar Valley. The event is timed just prior to the legislative session and it offers a chance to have real conversations about decisions that are being discussed in Des Moines and how they have impacts on the daily lives of Black Hawk County representatives. Presented in an intimate format, the annual Legislative Forum helps keep our representatives informed about the nonprofit sector and the people we serve. It's a don't miss event! Please RSVP here.
