Last Day of Sunday School
This Sunday, May 19 is the last day of Sunday School.  We will see everyone in the fall.

Your Grace Office Staff
It's Affirmation of Baptism Sunday
Our ninth-grade confirmation students will make their Affirmation of Baptism promises at the 10:30 a.m. service on Sunday. They have completed their three years of confirmation instruction during which time they have studied the Old and New Testaments, the Ten Commandments, Lord's Prayer and Apostles' Creed. They have done several group service projects, gone to Confirmation Camp and two retreats and participated in youth group activities. Each of the students has also completed and shared what they did for their individual service projects.

On Sunday morning they make their own promises to continue to live out their faith as active members in Christ's church. The members of this year's class are: Ashley Acevedo, Tressa Brogni, Sidney Buchman, Zachary Klug, Paige Newby, Blake Peltonen, Caleb Tarnowski, Adeline Utecht, Jordan Walton and Ethan Wise. Please keep them all in your prayers.
This Week's Message - "All Things New"
As we continue our sermon series on passages from Revelation, this week we hear the beautiful words about the new heaven and new earth which the Lord brings forth in Revelation 21. These wonderful words hold up the joy and love that comes from God's grace-filled presence. The Revelation 21 texts is matched with Jesus' "New Commandment" in John 13 which he gave to his disciples on the last night of his life; a commandment to love one another as he loved them. Such love also brings about God's divine "newness".
JYG and HYPE Volunteering at Family Sharing on May 18th
JYG and HYPE youth are encouraged to volunteer on May 18th from 9:00 - 12:00 at Family Sharing in Grafton, WI.  Grace Youth will be helping with the annual food drive at Family Sharing.  Youth can be dropped off and picked up at Family Sharing.   If any youth in interested in volunteering please email erica@gracegrafton.com.
A Thursday Evening Bible Study Break
Our study of Revelation will take a three-week break until June 6 when we will pick up at the end of chapter 20 and then move to the beautiful visions in Revelation 21 (which happens to be the text for this week's sermon). When we are done with our study of Revelation the group will take a break until September when we will start up with a new Bible topic.
Have You Signed Up for the Scrip Program?
You should have received the letter explaining our new Scrip program at Grace. By signing up, and shopping as you normally shop at participating stores, you can help give hundreds of dollars each year to Grace. It is so simple and so beneficial. This Sunday will be the first Sunday where you can place orders at church. You can also do this online. If you need help signing up, we can help you on Sunday morning. The more Grace members who participate, the better it is for our church!

Follow this link to our church website for all of the information.

If you're familiar with the program and want to get started just go to www.shopwithscrip.com and sign up with our organization code (LECAL22F63645). Contact Chantal Murack, cmurack@uwalumni.com, with any questions.

Our special Moana Sunday was helped with a plan. We are purchasing new plates for our church kitchen through another. If you are a Thrivent member, talk to a staff member about how you might be able to help through an Action Team.
