Barbara Weiskittel, ’83, Returns Home
The Albion native and alumna returned to her hometown and alma mater to talk to graduating Britons at Commencement about making a difference. “Remember Albion. Treasure it. Two New Marketing Majors Available This Fall

Ikpemesi Ogundare, ’20, Soars in Her Opera Pursuit
The native of Westerville, Ohio, came to Albion College intending to go to medical school after graduation. Things changed and now she’s following her passion–opera. She’s been accepted to a world-renowned summer program in Austria that will intensify her musical pursuit. Read more »
Justin Kapke, ’21, Experiences What It’s Like to Be a Physician Assistant
Justin Kapke, ’21, interned this semester at The Philadelphia Center’s Methodist Hospital Emergency Department, shadowing physician assistants to learn about the position he aspires to hold one day. “I have learned many things about healthcare that I otherwise wouldn’t learn at school,” said Kapke, who is a member of Albion’s Lisa and James Wilson Institute for Medicine. Drew Harm, ’19, featured in Detroit Free Press. The new grad didn’t let a brain tumor stop him from playing on the men’s lacrosse team this season. He recently told a reporter the story of his recovery and return to the team, and the fact that he isn’t letting a second tumor stop him either. Read more »

Bishop Rev. Mark D. W. Edington, ’83, became the 26th bishop in charge of the Convocation of Episcopal Churches in Europe at the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in Paris. Read more »
