Total assets managed exceed $1.8 billion with an additional $200M worth of development currently underway!

2018 Patriotic Festival

United Way Kick off
The Franklin Johnston Group launched their inaugural United Way Campaign at the corporate office this month. As the company continues to grow, TFJG plans to be increasingly active about giving back. The great thing about giving to the United Way is that you can designate your contributions to organizations of all kinds, including interests that employees have reported being the most important to them - education, military/veterans, kids, and animals.

Donna McDowell, Community Manager, The Crossings at Heritage
Donna was nominated by Pam Jennings, Assistant Community Manager, for contributing her unique expertise and quick problem solving skills. Pam wrote: "I would like to nominate Donna for "Be The Solution" recognition based on her ability to solve problems through resourcefulness, 'win-win' solutions, and creative thinking. Yesterday, while replacing the partition walls on our residents' back patio, a vendor discovered a swarm of bees. The vendor immediately brought the problem to Donna's attention, suggesting an exterminator. Donna sprang into action. Donna took a more inventive approach - she reached out to a beekeeper that she knew. And that beekeeper contacted other beekeepers until one was found that could capture and relocate. Donna took a potentially harmful situation and turned it into a win-win, beautiful, and life-saving situation for all involved. Donna is truly "BEE the solution" team leader and deserves this recognition.

Heather was nominated by Melissa Pullin and Christen Faatz for her hard work and dependability as we transition several new properties into our TFJG portfolio. Christen wrote: "TFJG is growing! We're assuming management of eight new communities in the coming weeks. Heather is the one behind the scenes that gets all of the property data into MRI so that the site team can assume normal operations ASAP. She works so quickly and with exceptional attention to detail. She's key to making transitions happen without a hitch - thanks Heather for being so dependable!

Kayla was nominated by Gloria Harrison, VP of Business Management, for quickly picking up TFJG core values and exemplifying them every day. Gloria wrote: "For the short time Kayla has been with TFJG, she has embraced our core values and lives them. Many days I have caught her practicing "Teamwork" and "character", without hesitation! Jamie Broadwell, Maintenance Technician, Summer House 
Jamie was nominated by his manager, Mike Ellrich, for his drive and initiative to learn as many aspects about property management as possible. Mike wrote: "Jamie always takes the initiative to get things done. He is a self-starter and enjoys learning new procedures. Jamie is our Maintenance Tech, but has also learned the leasing portion of our software and leasing desk procedures so he can fill in when needed. In addition, Jamie has learned to complete SODAS. Since he completes the turns, he now also knows the charges and can quickly/accurate complete the SODAS. The cross-training that Jamie able to do has made him the solution for several occasions.
