Telco Plus Credit Union Announces Selection of New President/CEO
  
LONGVIEW, TEXAS (June 1, 2018) - Telco Plus Credit Union has named Randall Pearson as its new president/CEO effective June 11, 2018. Credit Union Resources, Inc. conducted the executive search for the $65 million dollar credit union.
  
Pearson's credit union experience and expertise in leadership, along with his passion for team building and driving results through strategic planning, will help Telco Plus continue to provide exceptional service to its members.
  
Pearson previously worked for Pyramid Federal Credit Union in Tucson, Ariz., where he served as vice president responsible for positively affecting the financial performance of the credit union. Among his accomplishments, he drove a core system conversion that saved more than $50,000 in conversion costs by generating the data sets in house.
  
Pearson holds an MBA with emphasis in organizational development from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs, Colo., and a Bachelor of Science in business management from Montana State University in Bozeman, Mont.
  
Pearson is actively involved in the community and serves on many boards and committees, including Tucson Medical Center, Northwest YMCA, Pyramid Federal Credit Union, and Q2 User Group Marketing. Pearson is also a published writer in many professional, technical, and trade journals.
