Greetings!
In last month's newsletter we asked you what you wanted to see more of at SWEAT and we got many requests to add a Pilates class to our schedule.
So, because you asked and because we are lucky enough to have the talented and dynamic Monica Coshenet on our team, we are thrilled to announce that we have added HOT Pilates to our class offerings!
Hot Pilates is a fun, challenging, full body, low impact exercise that targets small muscle groups by focusing on using slow, precise movements to strengthen the entire body with a strong emphasis on the core. But it’s not all about abs, think also a tight tush, lean legs, sculpted arms, and a strong back!
Each class will move through a series of exercises that strengthens the body’s stabilizing muscles, improves coordination, tones, and improves agility and power. Consistent practice creates improved posture, flexibility, strength, and mobility.
