The hotly contested issue of this year’s EEO-1 reporting is officially resolved—at least for now. Pay data for both 2017 and 2018 must be reported to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) by September 30, 2019. The data that has been required in years past is still due by May 31, 2019. Learn more
REMINDER: HARASSMENT PREVENTION TRAINING

Starting in 2019, California employers with 5+ employees must provide 1 hour of sexual harassment prevention training to all non-supervisory employees and 2 hours for supervisors. These trainings must be completed by Jan. 1, 2020. How will you comply?
