Member Spotlight
Meera Dahyabhai & Jay Aceves

Rise Up Nutrition Owners, Meer a and Jay are bringing the neighborhood together by making health delicious at their new nutrition cafe! Their vision is to transform the personal habits and well-being of our community to strengthen the pulse of Chicago. Their mission started in their home Los Angeles where an ex-chemical engineer and ex-athlete followed their passion of their own results (Jays has lost 87lbs and Meera has put on 15lbs as a vegetarian) to change lives through empowerment, nutrition and fitness. As they moved to Chicago to spread the healthy movement they are just getting started with Rise Up (opened 2 months ago) and are excited about every Chicago neighborhood having their own healthy-good vibes spot!

Health is a staple of life- The Rise Up Team  found a way to make it taste great & feel great! Rise Up is excited to help Lakeview especially with a healthy breakfast- grab a healthy shake & tea before work to start your day off strong and focused! Their menu is versatile with fun names for energizing teas, healthy shakes, boosters and pre/post workout - including kosher/vegan/GF options.

In addition to the healthy breakfast, lunch or dinner - there are so many ways to get involved with Rise Up's healthy community. From group beach workouts to transformation challenges they are excited to grow with the community as the weather gets warmer.

You can check out all the times/dates, giveaways and more pictures of the menu on their instagram @_riseupnutrition

Currently, Rise Up is open M-F 7am-7pm & Sat-Sun 10am-4pm
but look out for extended summer hours!
