This is the beginning of our Exhibitor specific communication. If you are not the correct person to receive this information please reply to this email and let us know so we can update our information. Please read below important information about the upcoming NHLA Convention.
Passports are required for all non-Canadian citizens.

Do you need to register?
YES
You have picked your exhibit booth but yes, you still have to register the individuals that will be attending and working the booth. Each booth comes with two complimentary registrations that do not include participation in the HFF Golf Tournament, Niagara Falls Tour or the Grand Finale Dinner. You can complete registration online using the PROMO Code: EXH2018. (you will be asked to submit the code prior to payment)

When
is Exhibitor Setup?
Name tags/packets can be picked up
Tuesday, Oct 2: Noon-2pm
on the concourse level of the Sheraton Centre. This pickup time is exclusively for exhibiting companies only.
Exhibitor setup will take place on
Tuesday, October 2: 2-6pm
on the lower concourse level of the Sheraton Centre.
Exhibit Showcase Hours:
Tuesday, October 2: 2-6pm for Setup
Wednesday, October 3: 10am-4pm with lunch in the exhibit hall
Thursday, October 4: 10am-3pm with lunch in the exhibit hall

IMPORTANT - Exhibitor Manual and Customs Information!
Freeman is the show decorator and will handle all booth requests and shipping to and from the show. In order to ease your passage and shipment of materials, the NHLA Annual Convention & Exhibit Showcase has been registered with the Canadian Boarder Services Agency and Freeman Exhibit Transportation & Customs Services/North American Logistics Services Inc. has been designated as our "Official Customs Clearance Service" for our event.
It is strongly suggested that you utilize Freeman's services for shipping all material to and from the show.

All booths come standard with carpet, 6 foot table, two chairs and wastebasket. Electrical must be ordered in advance.
