Expanding Role
After teaching 5 years on the elementary side of Lake Pointe, Kathy Lunsford will be expanding her class load to include 8th grade English. Mrs. Lunsford has taught 4th grade Language Arts, 6th grade Language Arts, and 6th grade History. In preparation for teaching this course, Mrs. Lunsford has been meeting with grade level supervisor Shay Wilkerson and other secondary English teachers during summer hours. 

Mariner Athletic Club 
Coach Ken Rodgers hosted the first interest meeting for the Mariner Athletic Club Thursday, May 31. For those interested in helping raise support for Mariner Athletics, join Coach Rodgers Tuesday, June 5th from 6:30-8:45 p.m.
