Yoga is a great tool for the health and wellness for you and your patients. Remember to take some time for yourself; a few minutes a day or a few times a week.

When referring patients to yoga, be sure to use a specific teacher, class or studio that you trust. Private yoga is the best way to tailor yoga to meet the needs of individual patients.
