Staff Spotlight: Nancy Rodriguez,
Homeownership Services Manager
Nancy Rodriguez is our Homeownership Services Manager, and she has worked at Habitat for Humanity of Denton County for over 5 years! In her current role, Nancy helps families find access to the resources they need. Her main job is to manage our homeownership program and currently the pre-application process, but she does so much more than this, too. Her phone rings almost nonstop with calls from people throughout Denton County in desperate need of food, shelter, rent and utility assistance, handicap assistance, senior services, and more. Nancy takes the time to refer these hundreds of families to resources in Denton County for help, while also managing the long and detailed process of choosing the families for our homeownership program and then guiding them through the entire homeownership process. She also stays up to date with all the required licenses necessary to do her job through homeownership education classes, both federal and state. In addition to all this, she brings a constant light and warmth to the office and to all who interact with her!

Thank you, Nancy, for all your hard work and dedication to Habitat! We couldn't accomplish our mission without you!
