NYSBA's Partnership Conference is the premier civil legal services educational and networking conference in New York State.  The Partnership Conference is attended by leaders of civil legal service organizations and private law firms from across New York State. 
 
The conference will provide over thirty programs, covering a diverse range of subjects, including program innovation and management, technology and substantive legal topics, such as immigration, foreclosure, domestic violence, government benefits, and housing, among others.
 
The New York State Bar Association's Committee on Legal Aid is pleased to call for nominations for the 2018 Denison Ray Civil Awards and the Phil Dailey Award.  These awards will be presented at the Denison Ray Awards Dinner on October 3, 2018.  Please see this nomination form for more details.

I-81 Project Manager
The NYCLU seeks to employ a highly qualified individual to manage and execute our work related to the replacement of the I-81 viaduct in Syracuse, New York. This position is based in Syracuse and reports to the Advocacy Director in the New York City office, and the Chapter Director in Syracuse.
The NYCLU seeks to influence the I-81 viaduct project to protect and expand the civil rights and liberties of people in Syracuse who will be most heavily impacted. Division of Social Justice Social Justice Fellowship Volunteer Assistant Attorney General 
Social Justice Fellows will be placed in one of the Division's six (6) bureaus designated as a Volunteer Assistant Attorney General.* Fellow(s) will have the opportunity to work with experienced attorneys to gain hands-on legal experience assisting with all aspects of the Bureau's work including investigations, litigation, public education and community outreach.

Litigation Bureau - Commercial Section Volunteer Assistant Attorney General - New York City
The attorneys assigned to the Commercial Section of the  Litigation Bureau primarily represent the Department of Motor Vehicles, the Department of Taxation and Finance, the Department of Financial Services, the Department of State, and the New York State Insurance Fund, in state and federal courts in legal actions involving administrative law, state regulation, taxation, finance, insurance law, and employment discrimination.
