New Hampshire Housing is pleased to invite you to the first public forum to discuss the 2021-2022 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). The purpose of this forum is to gather input from stakeholders regarding scoring categories and to discuss relevant topics. We plan to discuss areas of the QAP that we plan to consider for revision and will be seeking feedback on these topics and any others suggested by attendees.
The forum will be held on June 6, 2019 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at Portsmouth Harbor Events and Conference Center, 100 Deer Street, Portsmouth, NH 03801. The QAP forum follows the NHHFA 2019 Multi-Family Housing Conference being held at the same location from 8:00am to 12:30pm.
The QAP is a policy document that details application requirements and selection criteria for the allocation of Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) to support eligible, affordable rental housing developments throughout the state of New Hampshire. The 2021-2022 QAP will be in affect for applications received in 2020 for 2021 LIHTCs and applications received in 2021 for 2022 LIHTCs.
If you are unable to attend the forum, we encourage you to submit written comments. Your comments can be sent by mail to the address below or by email to QAP@nhhfa.org.
