Spend the morning on our Hope Ranch campus exploring across disciplines in this exciting thematic camp, featuring robotic engineering, design thinking, modern storytelling, and outdoor movement. In the afternoons, campers take a deep dive into an area of interest.

LBS ROBOTICS TEAM TO REPRESENT LAGUNA IN STATE VEX COMPETITION
Congratulations to the LBS Robotics Team who is heading to the 2020 VEX Robotics California State Championship on March 7! As a result of their impressive performances in three recent competitions, these students earned a spot to represent Laguna at the state level in Bakersfield.

LOWER SCHOOL STUDENTS ARE 100 DAYS SMARTER!
On Thursday, Laguna Lower School students celebrated the one hundredth day of school by dressing up in what they imagine a one hundred year old would wear. They also showcased their collections of 100 items and rounded out the celebration with 100 cupcakes after lunch!
TRACK IS BACK! JOIN IN ON THE FUN
The first Laguna track practice of the season took place this week! Coach Shane Lopes would love to add more student athletes to the team.

The practice schedule beginning next week is as follows:
Monday & Wednesday : 5-6:30PM at Westmont College
Tuesday & Thursday : 3:15-4:30PM at Laguna

LAGUNA'S PARENT BOOK CLUB MEETS NEXT WEEK
The first meeting of the Challenge Success Parent Book Club will take place next Thursday, February 27 in the Hope Ranch campus Library at 7PM . Light refreshments will be served.

We have chosen How to Be a High School Superstar by Cal Newport as the first book of the year.
MOCK TRIAL TEAM COMPETES THIS SATURDAY
After five long months of legal preparation and working with local attorneys who volunteer their time, Laguna Blanca’s Mock Trial Team—a student club open to grades 9-12—will head to the historic Santa Barbara Courthouse tomorrow, February 22 for the annual all-day Santa Barbara County Mock Trial competition.

GET YOUR GLOW ON! MIDDLE SCHOOL DANCE IS THIS FRIDAY, 2/21
Tonight, February 21, Marymount School will be hosting a Middle School dance for Marymount and Laguna students in Grades 7 & 8 from 7-9PM. The theme is Galaxy Glow.
 
The cost is $10 at the door. Dress is casual/school clothes.
 
DROP OFF AND PICK UP LOCATIONS
Drop off on the Marymount campus is at the Middle School (911 Tremonto Road) and pick up is at the Lower School (2130 Mission Ridge Road).
