there is an Interagency Coordinating Council ( ICC) meeting on June 13th? The ICC is the advisory body to the Department of Public Health about EI, and parents play an important role. This is an open meeting, and anyone wanting to learn more about what is happening in the MA EI System is welcome to attend. You can learn more about the ICC in your Parent Contact Resource Guide, or on the EIPLP website.

The meeting starts at 9:30 at the Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel at 181 Boston Post Road West in Marlboro.  Email [email protected] to let us know if you want to come check it out, we will save you a seat!

we had an amazing time at the MEIC Conference! The Director of the Bureau of Family Health and Nutrition at DPH came to our Parent Dinner and talked about how important family stories are in making systems change. It was powerful! Check out the EIPLP FaceBook page for pictures from that dinner, and the rest of the conference. If you see someone you know, be sure to tag them in the photo!

We love that you are here!

Parent Contacts are an important part of the Massachusetts Early Intervention System. Parent Contacts are parents and guardians of children currently receiving EI services who volunteer to receive information from the EIPLP and share it with other families. If your child is no longer receiving services, or you no longer wish to be the Parent Contact for your EI program, please let us know by calling
1-877-353-4757 or emailing [email protected] so that we can identify another family from your program.
