Korb-Exford Dry Eye Career Development Grant Submission Window Now Open 
 
In 2010, Drs. Donald Korb and Joan Exford established the dry eye research fund and the inaugural award was presented at Academy 2017 in Chicago.  The grant is designed to support an individual to further their knowledge in the broad area of dry eye. The successful individual must have a demonstrable interest in either a clinical or basic science area of dry eye and may be a clinician, educator, researcher, or student.

Fredric Rosemore Low Vision Educational Grant Submission Window Now Open


The AAOF is accepting applications for the 2018 Fredric Rosemore Low Vision Educational Grant. Residency Award Submission Window Now Open


The submission window for various residency awards in Low Vision, Contact Lens, and Pediatrics closes on June 1, 2018. Residency training is becoming an increasingly important aspect of optometric training. A post-OD residency program significantly advances a graduate's preparation as an eye-care provider and provides additional experiences in instruction and scholarship. Many schools and colleges of optometry now require advanced practice residency training as a basic prerequisite for new clinical faculty.  Learn more...
