This Week in Religious Education
 
As we explore this month how to be a people of resilience, you might consider sharing with your family about resilience in your everyday activities.  For example at the dinner table you could ask family members:

● Share a story of resilience that was told in your family of origin.
● Recall someone you know who just doesn't stay down for long, who seems to weather adversity with grace and strength. Have you ever told them that you admire this quality in them? 
● Remind your parenting partner of a time that their support helped you to be more resilient when facing a hardship. 

These thoughts come from the materials in a "Soulful Home." Other activities focused on our theme of the month include: 

Discussions "At the Dinner Table," 
Games for when venturing "Around the Neighborhood,"
Ideas for "At the Bedside," and more.

Let me know if you are interested, and I will be happy to share them with you.

Pre-K/K/1  - Exploring Seeds & Sprouts, Activity - making alfalfa sprouts

Elementary Age - Learning to be Resilient through Humor and Celebrating Mardi Gras

Middle School Age - UU History with Activities and Discussion 
 
High School  Age - Social Justice with an Activity and Discussion
