Goals? Resolutions? Plans?

Like many people as the new year approaches the CVSA board of directors discuss their goals for the organization for 2020. To start the year off the board has chosen to attend a few conferences in the areas of neurology and emergency medicine. D ue to the struggle with Emergency room recognition and difficulty obtaining treatment as well as the response from Emergency room medical professionals at the conference we attended this past year we want to keep targeting this challenging atmosphere. By attending these conferences, the board hopes to increase medical professional awareness of CVS , share resources, and reduce the stigma that many sufferers have encountered. Another focus this year is on the 14th CVSA International Adult & Family Conference which is scheduled for June 26-28 in Milwaukee, WI. We hope to see you there.

How it Works:

Directions for the patients, parents

Based on the popular “speed dating” format, the CVS knowledgeable doctors and medical professionals such as Dr. Boles, Dr. Venkatesan, Dr. Kovacic, Dr. Levinthal, Dr. Li etc. will be seated at private tables and available for one on one, 15 minute consultations.

Here’s your chance to sit face to face with a doctor and introduce yourself, ask a burning question, or express whatever is on your mind!

The contents of each discussion will remain strictly confidential.

Every 15 minutes (exactly by the bell), a new group will be called to take their seat with the individual doctor they have registered to visit.

This is guaranteed to be an enjoyable and informative event for all!.

It is best to come prepared with a summary of your or your child's case (no more than 2-3 minutes long) and 5-10 written questions so that you can get as many of your questions answered.
