Stand Against Racism 2018

This year the Stand Against Racism was held on April 27, 2018 at the James Lorah Aud itorium in Doylestown

This year's theme is "Our Power, Our Mission, Our Future." Voting rights and civic engagement are, and have always been, core components of racial justice work. 

The event featured an afternoon of panel discussion about racism, as well as interactive discussions, and participants to sign the pledge, committing to standing up against racism.

YWCA Bucks County honors 15 Incredible Teens at Teen Volunteer Awards.

On Wednesday April 25, 2018 we honored 15 incredible teens for their volunteer efforts in Bucks County. Congratulations to Sara Drummond from Central Bucks South High School for being named the Bucks County Teen Volunteer of the Year! The YWCA is thrilled to honor all of these awesome individuals! Special thanks to the PA Thoroughbred Horseman's Associations for sponsoring the event!
