Critical Needs Referendum Information
|
|
- Referendum ballot packages were mailed to eligible participating property owners on Friday, May 17th, 2019. Thank you if you have already returned your vote!
- If you have not received your ballot package via mail, or need a replacement package, please contact CSA at referendum@csaseapines.com and our staff will be happy to assist you.
- Please allow 4-5 business days from the date of request for your replacement package to be processed. A member of our staff will contact you directly when the package has been reissued.
- To expedite your request, packages can be reissued via email.

Announcement from The Sea Pines
Forest Preserve Foundation
|
|
The Sea Pines Forest Preserve Foundation, owner of the Beach Trust Property, will be conducting a condition assessment
- The condition assessment will include all boardwalks within the Beach Trust Property
- A staff member will begin work the week of June 3 and work will continue for approximately 3 weeks, weather and tides permitting.
- The staff member will be wearing a safety vest to assist with recognition.
- If you have any questions related to activity near your residence and cannot visually confirm the person is wearing a safety vest, please contact Sea Pines Security at: 843-671-7170.

Sea Pines CSA Maintenance Updates
|
|
Beach Boardwalk Repairs Scheduled
- Repairs have begun to eleven (11) boardwalks that sustained storm-damage from Hurricane Matthew.
- Boardwalks #22 (pictured here) and #23 are completed and open for use.
- Work on Boardwalk #24 will begin week of June 3.
- Our contractor will continue making repairs to the following boardwalks: 20, 21, 25, 26, 29, 31, 32, and 33A.
- In addition, we will be repairing boardwalk #40 as part of our routine maintenance.
- Hours of work will be from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Greenwood Drive Roadside Construction Work
- Construction activity will continue along Greenwood Drive week of June 3.
- We do not expect any traffic delays.
- Working hours will be from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Crews will be working along the roadway, so please drive with caution.

Spotted Sandpiper Road and Audubon Pond Road Resurfacing Project Update
- The road resurfacing on Spotted Sandpiper and Audubon Pond Roads is now completed.
- Line striping and finish work will continue for the next few weeks.
- Work hours are Monday-Friday from 7 AM – 6 PM.

Removal of a tree near North Sea Pines Drive and Wood Ibis to occur
- Our contractor will be removing a single tree on North Sea Pines Dr. on Monday, June 3rd. The tree is in close proximity to Wood Ibis.
- The leisure trail will be closed during the removal process, and we recommend pedestrians take a different route if possible.
- Equipment will be set up on the side of the road, however, there may be occasional traffic delays.
- Work will begin around 8 AM and last until approximately 1 PM.
- Our contractor will have flagmen on site to help with traffic as needed.
- Please use extra caution in this area.

Additional Tree Work Scheduled
- Scheduled work days are: June 3 - June 7
- Work will begin at Lighthouse Rd. Leisure Trail (Between Fraser Cir. and Sea Pines Dr.)
- Once completed, work will move to the leisure trail on Greenwood Dr. from Fraser Cir. To Greenwood Forest.
- Road and leisure trail will be open, however, we ask residents to use caution when traveling through the area as it may be an active work zone.
- Our tree contractor will have their crew members help secure and stop traffic/pedestrians as needed.
- Work hours are between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM.

Sea Marsh Bridge/Heron Point Leisure Trail
- Repairs to Sea Marsh Bridge/Heron Point Leisure Trail will begin the middle of next week (June 3).
- The bridge will be closed during construction. Minor detours will be in place.
- The project is expected to take approximately 2 weeks to complete, weather permitting.
