The Valleyview spring musical, Grease, was a success. The students performed to a sellout crowd for three performances. The production staff, lead by Ms. Faliveno, was incredibly proud of their efforts and performances. They demonstrated confidence and professionalism throughout their performances and made the entire of community of Denville proud. The production staff of Mr. Loro was the Mrs. Fries and Mrs. Murphy worked together with Ms. Faliveno and all of the cast and crew to ensure each and every student was prepared and able to reach their fullest potential on stage. We are incredibly proud of their efforts.
Valleyview's Sustainable Sunday at the Denville Farmer's Market on May 19th was a great success! Thanks to the combined efforts of students, staff, and other volunteers, visitors had a range of stations to visit and participate in. We'd like to thank the Farmers Market, Denville Green Sustainability Committee, Beautification Committee, POWWW, MCMUA, and Girl Scouts for sharing their sustainability efforts. We'd also like to thank everyone who came and participated in the Band Ensembles, Photo Booth, Bottle Toss, T-shirt Bags, Vendor Voting and more!
The 500lb TREX Plastic Recycling Challenge is nearly complete! Thanks to strong efforts from Valleyview, Riverview, Lakeview and the community, we should be able to complete the challenge long before the July deadline. Great job keeping a LOT of plastic out of our landfills!

Denville Kiwanis 5th Annual Bike Rodeo
Denville Kiwanis is holding its annual bike rodeo on Thursday, June 6, 4- 7 PM in the Denville municipal building parking lot. There will be bike safety activities and a police escorted bike ride. Click on the picture for more information.

Denville Recreation Baseball Camps
Denville Recreation will offer two baseball camps this summer for ages 7 - 14. Morris Knolls coaches and college coaches will focus on character, leadership and player development. Click here for details and registration.

House Calls for Groceries
The Visiting Nurse Association of Northern New Jersey has created House Calls for Groceries and a Friendly Visitor Program to assist senior citizens in Morris County. Volunteers are also needed! Click here for information.

Adventures in Nature Summer Camps
The Morris County Park Commission is holding Adventures in Nature Camps which offer hands-on discoveries and unforgettable experiences for children ages 2 - 17. Camps include Woodsy Walkers, Survivor: Wilderness and others. Click here for more information.

Tri-County Fair Coming to Rockaway

Joey Bella Tricky Tray and Band Beefsteak

Registration is Open for Summer Explorations
Registration is open for 2019 Summer Explorations. The program will be held at Lakeview Elementary School this year. There are classes for grades K-8th grade.
