These classes provide a great overview of the concepts, design, and best practices for "Waterwise" Gardening.  All classes are from 7:00-8:30 pm at the Franklin Neighborhood Center located at 1136 E. March rainstorms helped bolster the City's surface water supplies but were not enough to put the City on track for an average rainfall year. The City's small reservoir, Gibraltar, filled to capacity in March which will provide some supply to the City. However, Cachuma Reservoir is our key drought indicator and remains at 40% of capacity.
