Ministering the Gospel of Jesus Christ with Praying Pelican Missions, networking with local churches and connecting mission teams to  life- changing ministry opportunities.
Belize Staff Retreat
Nate spent last weekend in Belize encouraging and equipping the 22 local staff that will help lead over 900 people who will serve throughout the remainder of 2019.

Praying Pelican Missions seeks to be the bridge between cultures in Jesus' name, and these staff are a strong foundation to build that bridge!

Nate was also able to spend time with one of our full-time international staff members, Herman (pictured above).  Our local full-time staff are the ones that work on the ground and sort through the majority of details to help grow our relationships with the pastors.  Seeing Herman encouraged in his calling makes the whole trip worth it!

As summer trips begin (our busiest season), we are thrilled that you are a partner with us in the ministry that will take place this year!  With your support Nate has been able to train staff in Belize, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico.  At the same time, Nate has been able to help put on Pastor's Conferences and encourage Pastors through that will receive mission teams in Guatemala, Costa Rica, the Bahamas, and Puerto Rico.  The stage has been set!  You can check out live Trip Journals of summer trips at www.ppm.org/mission-trip-journals in all of our domestic and international locations.
Behind the Scenes
You may wonder what a missionary does when he/she is not out on the foreign mission field...let us explain.

Nate is spending a considerable amount of time in this season working on rebuilding a full-time missionary program.  This is the same program that we were part of while living in Costa Rica.  Having first-hand knowledge of life on the foreign mission field, Nate is a great resource to put items in place to send out a new generation of missionaries!

Laura continues to work with PPM doing many "behind the scenes" tasks.  From booking staff flights to details that help the organization run smoothly, Laura is loving having a hands-on roll within PPM at this time.
Monthly Support Needed
We recently have continued to see a drop in our Monthly Support.  If you would prayerfully consider supporting our ministry on a monthly basis we would be so grateful!  Partner with us as we continue to expand our tent pegs to follow where the Lord is leading us!
