Memorial & Funeral Hospitality Team

funeralFirst Church is sometimes called on to provide space for memorials and  funerals  for people outside our church community. We are exploring a partnership with the Louis D. Brown Peace Institute to offer our space for families of homicide victims. We're looking for people who would be willing and able to volunteer as a "hospitality team" on these occasions: helping coordinate ushers, do some basic set-up, and generally coordinate with families about logistics. Are you interested? Please contact Nancy Ahmadifar at ahmadifarn@gmail.com.
