Your Hemophilia & Thrombosis Treatment Center at UC San Diego Health, Rady's Children Hospital and LA Orthopedic Hemophilia Treatment Center, would like to cordially invite you and your family to attend our third annual Patient Wellness & Education Day. This day is devoted to our patients, their families and caregivers to provide a day of education on overall patient wellness. Come and meet your Hemophilia Treatment Center healthcare team and hear talks from Dr. Annette von Drygalski, Dr. Courtney Thornburg and Dr. Doris Quon!
We plan to cover topics of personalized medication therapy management, navigating insurance, non-factor replacement products, point-of-care ultrasound and how to detect a bleed, healthy activities at UCSD, self-infusion, dental hygiene and data outcomes!
Enjoy a session of painting and bead making! Meals are provided and if transportation is a barrier to your attending, we can help with that too! Check the box in your registration that transportation and/or lodging is needed and we will contact you with more information.
NEW This year is a Product Pipeline presentation presented by local undustry representatives on new products on the horizon.
