Opportunity for Our Zion Community!
Zion's Board of Directors, on behalf of the congregation, has been exploring ways to make full use of our beautiful campus.

Through a professional property management company who specializes in finding worship space for congregations we are working to finalize agreements and more details will be shared as contracts are finalized.

It is anticipated that more details will be shared at the Congregational meeting on a Sunday June 2.

Band Students Unite!
Our band students will participate in a special trip to San Diego to play patriotic and "pirate" music aboard the USS Midway.  Following that and a tour of this amazing piece of American history, they will walk to the Maritime Museum to climb through two "real" submarines, a galleon, a schooner, and several other vessels.  Students will travel by bus and return a little late on Monday, June 3.  Details are coming home with families this week.  Thanks for your support of our fabulous band program!

End of the Year Band Concert
End of the Year Band Concert is this Sunday, May 19 right here in Zion's gym.  Join your fellow "pirates" to hear beautiful music, support our musicians, and to enjoy a salty, jaunty experience with Guest Artist:  Bob Minty & Queen Anne's Blouse, our own bands, and the Minute Man Youth Band.  Students need to be there by 1:30.  The "downbeat" is at 2 PM.

Fullerton State of the Community Event

Thanks to Tariqua's (G6) dad (Mark) , Ariana's (K) parents, Ruby's (K) mom, Andrew's (G7) mom (Mrs. Nagy), Alice's (G4) dad (Sanghyuk) and Lori Knapp for helping at this past Saturday's The State of the Community, Fullerton event from 9-1 in downtown Fullerton.  You received many "Thrift Store Hours" and also gave people a fresh new look at who Zion is!  Mrs. Nagy met several Zion alumni while she was sporting her nifty Zion hat and also made some valuable connections in the community.  Families asked many, many questions about Zion and we are following up with them.  Finally, one family who has already registered for next school year stopped by to get a photo with "the new principal".  What a great event!
